Hi there! I just (also) wanted to say what an amazing fic you wrote, Gorillaz Mate for Life was a fic that genuinely emotionally affected me a lot. I remember literally crying while reading it, it was exactly what I needed for what I was going through when I was younger. And with the new Gorillaz album coming out soon, I gave this fic another search in the hopes that I could find it maybe and you're here!! I can tell you how much I loved what you wrote!! I know it can't be easy to look back at old things you've written, especially since I'm sure you've grown so much, but honestly if you could repost it, it would make me and so many other people so happy. I'm not trying to be as intense as I'm coming across, I just loved it so much and would love to read it again. But whether you post it or not I wanted to say thanks for having written it at all, it was amazing xx

Alright so. I was listening to the new album and I was hit with these flashbacks of my favorite fic I read in middle school. I googled the title and found this. Now as I sit in my college apartment I am making a deviantart account just to respond to this. If I can just level with you I completely understand growing and improving your work over the years. But honestly, that fic meant a lot to me. I was probably around 14 when it came out and weirdly enough it was something that me and my first girlfriend bonded over. I just wanted you to know that writing that you perceived as cringy was incredibly impacting! I do hope you do post it again because I would love to reread something I held so dear. I truly loved what you wrote and I hope you have a great week!
Hello! I've always wanted to tell you that Gorillaz Mate for Life was literally one of the best fanfics I have ever read. I don't know if you're still active on here but it was such a wonderful read. From previous comments I saw that you might piece it back together and WHOA that makes me ridiculously ecstatic. I hope that you eventually are able to possibly have it back up again because I know so many people and friends who still want to read it and I wouldn't mind giving it more reads myself. Regardless of if it comes back or not you are still a great person for having shared such a great fanfic. c:

I've been sifting through like this ancient computer that I wrote it all on (I was about 14 at the time and decided to name every document something like "rfwuiru3289342y"and there are like....334 of them, so it's been a task!
To be honest, I'm a little embarrassed of it! I wrote things a lot...well, differently when I was fourteen, and there's a lot of sensitive, borderline offensive content that I kind of cringe when I look back at. So if I do get it back up, it'll be with like 1000 different disclaimers and maybe a few things taken out (I mean, like, some RIDICULOUS stuff happened there). Please. I have no idea what this fanfic was about, but I am DYING to read it! Or at least know what it was about! There are so many people that enjoyed your work, it was the best 2Doc fanfic ever written according to many sources.
